ABOUT

K-Works Studio is a multidisciplinary architecture and design practice founded by Katharina Hoerath and Katie Donahue, with studios in Cheltenham (UK) and Denver (US), backed by a dedicated team of talented designers.
Our work spans architecture, interiors, installations, and bespoke object design— and always begins with curiosity
and ends with something unforgettable.
Rooted in material richness, spatial intimacy, and narrative-driven design, we create spaces that are immersive, intelligent, and deeply personal —spaces that tell stories, evoke emotion, and linger long after you leave.
Our aspiration is to bring fresh perspectives to the world of architecture and design—shifting scale, rethinking convention, and forging lasting relationships along
the way.
Our projects blend timeless elegance with contemporary craft. We design with intention, experiment with joy, and obsess—just a little—over the details. Our work has been featured in internationally acclaimed productions such as Sex and the City, and recognized with awards and publications that reflect our ethos: bold, sustainable, and beautifully alive.

We don’t just build spaces—we create atmospheres, experiences, and quiet moments of magic.
